Chilbolton Gate, as it suggests, is at the top of the very prestigious Chilbolton Avenue in Winchester. A small development of 4 very exclusive town houses starting at £1.4m. Potential buyers were to be second home properties, commuters and also older families. The styling had to be aspirational, luxurious and also calm at the same time. So, a neutral colour palate with accent colours combined with classical clean contemporary lines in the style of the furniture.
